Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order for any items on this site.

This is also the address of our shop and studio.

At Dragstar we are happy to offer in-store laybys for a 6 week period. We require 25% deposit of the total amount and can take regular payments in-store or over the phone. We will release your items when they are fully paid off. We accept only one layby per customer at a time. Layby's not finalised can forfeit their deposit if terms are not met. Our staff will contact you if regular payments are not forthcoming. By taking out a layby in Dragstar, you agree to these terms and conditions.

All of our online payments are processed through Paypal, and we accept all major credit cards. If you do have a Paypal account, you will be able to use it, but you do not require a Paypal account to purchase from Dragstar online.

If you do not want to shop through the online shop, we are very happy to process your order as a phone sale, where we can take your credit card number over the phone and send you the items, We do not keep or hold onto any credit card information.

The total price of your order is clearly stated in Australian dollars at the time of purchase. GST is included in all pricing unless stated otherwise. 
If we become aware of an incorrect price at the time of your order, we will give you the option of re-ordering at the correct price or cancelling the order.

All products are subject to availability. If we realise that an item is out of stock after you have placed your order, (oops!) we'll let you know as soon as possible. You will then have three options; to choose something else you like, wait for the item to come back in stock (if such an option exists) or claim a full refund.

All items purchased, reduced and on sale, are final; please consider your purchase carefully before finalising.

Postage cost of all exchanges due to size and change of mind will be at the customer's expense.
